Return & Exchange Policy

At Baby Planet, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review the following policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product received is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • The product received is different from the item described on our website.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
  • Original packaging and accessories
  • Description of the problem.

Upon verification and approval, Baby Planet will provide either:

  • A replacement product, subject to stock availability or,
  • A full refund

Exchange Eligibility

For circumstances other than those listed under the Return Eligibility section, Baby Planet will offer an exchange only.

Examples include:

  • Customer ordered the wrong item.
  • Customer wishes to change the size, color, or model.
  • Customer no longer prefers the selected product.
  • Customer changed their mind after purchase.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any).
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, assembly, or use.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Feeding bottles and nipples.
  • Breast pumps and related accessories.
  • Breastfeeding accessories
  • Pacifiers and teethers.
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Baby food and consumable products.
  • Diapers and wipes.
  • Opened consumables
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals
  • Clearance, sale, or specially discounted items unless damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented product, Baby Planet will bear the shipping costs.
  • For all other exchanges/returns, customers are responsible for the return and re-delivery shipping charges.

Inspection and Approval

All returned or exchanged products will be inspected upon receipt.

Baby Planet reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The request is made after the applicable return or exchange period.

Processing Time

Approved returns, refunds, or exchanges are typically processed within 3 – 7 business days after the product is received and inspected.


How to Request a Return or Exchange?

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact Baby Planet Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 1 – 3 business days
