At Baby Planet, we understand that baby essentials are often needed urgently. That’s why we work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so that your little one’s needs are met without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment authorization and order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, peak shopping periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Baby Planet will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from:

  • Recipient unavailability

Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.

Baby Planet currently delivers island-wide within Sri Lanka.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted-access locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability and accessibility.

Large and Bulky Items

Certain products may exceed standard courier size or weight limitations.

For large, bulky, or unusually heavy items, additional delivery charges or special delivery arrangements may apply. Where applicable, customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
